How we work
- A first conversation. We frame your question, tell you what data exists and whether an independent analysis can answer it.
- A written proposal. We set out the scope, deliverables and timetable, before any commitment.
- A decision-ready summary. We deliver it with its sources and assumptions.
Five questions that generalist reports do not ask
- Who is really financing demand for construction in the target country, and for how much longer?
- What is the true local cost of inputs (transport, taxes, exchange rate, margins), rather than just the official reference price?
- Is the project’s land legally secure, and at what cost?
- Does the expected return compensate for the risk, set against the rate at which the government borrows?
- Who can step in for the long term if donors withdraw and capital markets stay shut?
The Quarterly Review shows how we work (read the summary). We remain independent: we sell no financial products, and we disclose any interest in a transaction.
